Join Studio KSL founder Katrina Scott for a low impact workout that’s full of feel-good movements. Presented by Calia, this session includes modifications for all levels to support every way we move. Scott, who is three months postpartum with her third child, will demonstrate postpartum modifications. Dancer and fitness instructor Poofy Moffitino will take it up a level with advanced movements, and her mom, Cindy, will show beginner versions. This short session is perfect to add anytime you need a quick movement boost.
